At Essoya our mission is to make and offer the finest, purest, natural Colorado hand made products at competitive and honest prices. Our dedication to customer service means that we aim to ensure shopping with us is always a pleasant experience. *Orders: We make and pack our products fresh when ordered. Our order to ship time is for retail website orders is 3-10 business days. Wholesale/bulk orders 1-6 weeks, depending upon order size and product material availability.

*Shipping: We use USPS to ship our products. Free Shipping on orders over $100. *restrictions that apply – no free shipping on wholesale or bulk items. *Return Policy: We want you to be happy with the product you purchase from ESSOYA. We make every effort to provide high quality hand crafted products that are free from damage. Due to the high quality & cost of materials we use and the fact that we custom craft our products fresh when ordered we offer no returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless we have shipped an incorrect product.

*Essoya is not responsible for any refused or returned delivery due to an incorrect address the buyer provides or returned products that don’t fit the customer’s specifications. (We provide very clear detailed pictures and description of all products sold) We will gladly re-ship items to corrected address at the customer’s expense. Customers will be notified via email and will be responsible for the new shipping charges.
